Writ
Your audio devices, in the order you actually want them.
macOS has no concept of device priority — it switches to whatever connected
most recently, every time. Writ is the standing order that says otherwise.
- Knows the built-in mic is dead when the lid is shut, and skips it
- Warns you when Bluetooth is quietly destroying your audio quality
- Remembers your AirPlay speakers, which macOS does not
- Mute from anywhere, with the menu bar showing it
